It’s difficult to set a course for freedom when you are burdened with incompletions. Incompletions can show up externally as half-completed projects, broken agreements, strained relationships or internally as grudges, apathy and remorse. Incompletions can lead to lack of creativity, energy, and clarity as well as debt, weight and clutter. It’s time to bring closure to incompletions of the past so you can unleash your vitality, clarity and enthusiasm toward building the life you want. Join Lisa as she facilitates a practice that will help you clean up the past and lighten your load.
Lisa is an Integral Master Coach and facilitator and specializes in helping individuals traverse complex crises, change and major life transitions – both in professional and personal contexts. She helps individuals thrive in the midst of uncertainty and work through the aspects of self that hold us back from realizing the profound sense of fulfillment and joy that is available to all. She has deep personal practices of surrender and shadow work and enjoys hiking with her dogs in her spare time. In a pre/post COVID world she also enjoys travel and scuba-diving. She holds a Master’s Degree in Integral Psychology from JFKU where she conducted 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd- person research into coaching schools through an Integral Lens, over 30 years experience in business and leadership and 12 years of guiding others through complex crises and change.
