Full  Spectrum  Power is a new teaching program by Ken Wilber that will help you bring more voltage to your life, your love, and your ability to make a meaningful impact in the world around you.
Do you ever struggle with feelings of being powerless or “stuck” in your life or your relationships?
Are you searching for a way to bring more confidence — and maybe even a bit more swagger — to your work in the world?
Are you motivated to help people discover their own deepest empowerment, so that together we can begin to transform the massive power imbalances in our society?

Watch as Ken Wilber offers a short introduction to his extraordinary new training program.

From the #MeToo movement to Black Lives Matter to wealth inequality, political corruption, climate change, and violence — power is THE hidden dynamic infusing every headline today.

It’s hard to think of any other time in recent history as stressful as this one. We are surrounded on all sides by anxiety, uncertainty, political polarization, fear mongering, and any number of new pressures that, together, have made the last few years some of the most challenging years in memory. And all of it tends to have the same corrosive effect on us — it makes us feel powerless.

And let’s face it, neither our current postmodern liberal approaches to power, nor our traditional conservative approaches, are helping very much at all. In fact, they only seem to be making the problem worse, creating entire new generations that are less resilient, less empowered, and less equipped to meet the extraordinary power challenges of our time.

If we are genuinely entering a momentous leap into the transformation age, as some integral thinkers believe that we are, then these headlines will continue and even more destabilization awaits in our future. But it’s our belief that we can equip ourselves to thrive amidst the volatility, uncertainty, and ambiguity by empowering ourselves at every level.

When we are not aligned with our own inner power, it can make us feel small, vulnerable, subject to the forces of human avarice that rob us of our dignity and our opportunity to truly thrive. When we allow ourselves to become disconnected from our power, we search for something or someone outside of us to blame for the inequities of our lives — those people are responsible, those systems are responsible, those ideas are responsible.

But when we learn how to cultivate and align ourselves with our innermost power, and when we bring this increased voltage into to our life, our relationships, and our work in the world, amazing things happen.

The world is searching for an entirely new approach to power — one that allows us transcend our personal allergies around power, as well as our addictions to things like sex, greed, and the insatiable hunger for more control. We are searching for a better way to navigate a world that has become rife with incredible power imbalances — not by surrendering our own power, but instead by cultivating our own innermost strength, resiliency, and capacity to enact meaningful change.

Because “power”, after all, is simply the ability to convert energy into matter.

“Power is, among other things, the capacity to effectively manifest and display any capacity that we have—and this includes very good capacities (love and care and compassion) and it includes many very bad capacities (hatred and anger and bullying and murdering).”Ken Wilber

An integral approach to power — an updated philosophy of power, a more comprehensive practice of power, and a more full spectrum of inner power — is the only way forward for all of us in the 21st century. And this Full Spectrum Power training is your very best first step.

In this training you will…

  • Discover a limitless source of strength, resiliency, and resolve that is already waiting inside of you,
  • Bring more voltage to your life, your relationships, and your work in the world,
  • Align your innermost power with your deepest passion and purpose,
  • Recognize and overcome any hidden addictions you may have to things like money, sex, greed, and power,
  • Identify and transcend any unseen allergies or avoidances you may have around power,
  • Cultivate your ability to navigate and thrive in a world teeming with power inequalities and abuses.
What You'll Learn
Lesson One: Introduction to Power
In this session Ken introduces the Full Spectrum Power teaching, the third stage of Ken's renowned Full Spectrum Mindfulness training program. Ken explores whether power is inherently beneficial or malevolent, and how to tell the difference.
Lesson Two: Toggling Between Relative and Ultimate Truth
Ken introduces one of the fundamental practices of the Full Spectrum Mindfulness approach. Known as "toggling", this practice helps us connect the qualities and contents of our awareness with the effortless ground of awareness itself.
Lesson Three: Power in the Context of Good and Evil
Ken explores how power can be used effectively or ineffectively in both selfless and selfish ways, all influencing whether our use of power is being used as a force of good or evil.
Lesson Four: What Do We Do With Our Sub-Human Selves?
All of us possess certain drives that are, in many ways, "sub-human" — animalistic drives that we have inherited through the evolution of our species. Full Spectrum Mindfulness give us the power to moderate and manage these lower drives, and even redirect them so they can become used for the benefit of all beings.
Lesson Five: Power and Spirituality
Many people relate to power as being somehow "anti-spiritual" — but spiritual realization is lacking if it remains powerless to enact change in our lives and in the world around us.
Lesson Six: Monological, Dialogical, and Translogical Power
Ken explores the important differences between monological (egocentric) and dialogical (ethnocentric and worldcentric) approaches to power, and then explains why translogical power transcends and includes both.
Lesson Seven: Practicing Choiceless Awareness
What does a fully enlightened and fully free will look like, both from within and from without? Ken explores the power of "choiceness awareness" and how it allows us to cut through the many challenges and obstacles we experience in our lives.
Lesson Eight: Compassion Is a Choice
Compassion is the ultimate superpower. Ken explains how to align your relative compassion with universal Goodness, helping you transform your power into a catalyst for empathy, understanding, and conflict resolution.

About Ken Wilber

Ken Wilber is a preeminent scholar of the Integral stage of human development. He is an internationally acknowledged leader, founder of Integral Institute, and co-founder of Integral Life. Ken is the originator of arguably the first truly comprehensive or integrative world philosophy, aptly named “Integral Theory”.

As Wilber himself puts it: “I'd like to think of it as one of the first believable world philosophies...” Incorporating cultural studies, anthropology, systems theory, developmental psychology, biology, and spirituality, integral theory has been applied in fields as diverse as ecology, sustainability, psychotherapy, psychiatry, education, business, medicine, politics, sports, and art.

In short, the Integral Approach is the coherent organization, coordination, and harmonization of all of the relevant practices, methodologies, and experiences, available to human beings. Ken Wilber states “You can’t [realistically] honor various methods and fields, without showing how they fit together. That is how to make a genuine world philosophy.”

Praise for Ken Wilber

"Ken Wilber is today’s greatest philosopher and both critic and friend to authentic religion, a true postmodern Thomas Aquinas."

Father Richard Rohr, Center for Action and Contemplation

"Ken Wilber is a national treasure. No one is working at the integration of Eastern and Western wisdom literature with such depth or breadth of mind and heart as he."

Robert Kegan, Professor of Education, Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and author of In Over Our Heads

"The religion of tomorrow, according to Ken Wilber, will not be one religion, but all religions guiding their respective constituents toward oneness with Ultimate Reality. The recent discoveries of science, especially in the areas of developmental psychology and historical criticism, as well as mystical experience, have enabled him to bring together contemporary science, the wisdom of the world religions, and an integral presentation of the human condition with all its potential."

Father Thomas Keating, author of Open Mind, Open Heart

"Wilber explains in detail how integrating the knowledge and spirituality that humans have developed over the millennia—in fields as diverse as science, psychology, and religion—creates what he calls a Fourth Turning that can lead humans to a new wholeness. As this wholeness expands, he writes, society will achieve new levels of compassion, peace, and inclusion.”
