Discover Your Deepest Yes
What do you really want?
Is there any part of you that answered: “I don’t know”?
How could that be? How is it possible that you don’t know what you really want?
You don’t know what you want because you haven’t had the courage to tell yourself the truth nor given yourself permission to be who you are. And to a large extent, that isn’t your fault. We are raised in a world where we are positively acknowledged for ignoring our inner truth, compromising our values and doing what it takes to fit in or be liked.
And even if you realized this a long time ago and feel like you’ve healed that wound, chances are it is still running things in the background. It will show up as longing for meaning and purpose, not knowing what you really want, lack of clarity about next steps, and not having the courage to take them. It will show up as feeling off-track, unfulfilled and chronic dissatisfaction or ambivalence.
If you can relate, join Lisa Frost for Discover Your Deepest Yes where we will amplify the voice of your inner truth so you can get clear on what would make you feel happier and more fulfilled. This introductory session is open to the entire Integral Life community, whether you are a member or not.
