If you are an Enneagram 3, you likely see yourself as incredibly self-sufficient. In fact the idea of being “needy” may feel abhorrent. Let’s explore how this pattern keeps us stuck in overdrive, overwhelm and overcommitment.
Join Lisa for a monthly facilitated practice group designed specifically for Enneagram 3’s, where we will support each other on the path of becoming self-accepting, inner-directed, and authentic. Please note that this group is dedicated to practices for Enneagram Fours and will not discuss all Types. In order to learn more about the full Enneagram, please check out the Enneagram resources available on Integral Life, attend the Harnessing the Power of Your Enneagram ILP session, or consider the book, Wisdom of the Enneagram by Don Riso & Russ Hudson.
Lisa is an Integral Master Coach and facilitator and specializes in helping individuals traverse complex crises, change and major life transitions – both in professional and personal contexts. She helps individuals thrive in the midst of uncertainty and work through the aspects of self that hold us back from realizing the profound sense of fulfillment and joy that is available to all. She has deep personal practices of surrender and shadow work and enjoys hiking with her dogs in her spare time. In a pre/post COVID world she also enjoys travel and scuba-diving. She holds a Master’s Degree in Integral Psychology from JFKU where she conducted 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd- person research into coaching schools through an Integral Lens, over 30 years experience in business and leadership and 12 years of guiding others through complex crises and change.
