There are several triads imbedded in the Enneagram. The triads are important for transformational work as they specify where our chief imbalance lies. The triads represent three main clusters of issues & defenses of the ego-self, and they reveal the principal ways in which we contact our awareness & limit ourselves. In this session we will explore the most basic component of the human psyche – the “centre” – from the perspective of the instinctive T8. Join me on Tuesday October 12 at noon ET to get up close & personal with your body.
Those who don’t identify as Enneagram Eight are also welcome to join with curiosity and an open heart/mind.
Please note that this group is dedicated to practices for Enneagram Fours and will not discuss all Types. In order to learn more about the full Enneagram, please check out the Enneagram resources available on Integral Life, attend the Harnessing the Power of Your Enneagram ILP session, or consider the book, Wisdom of the Enneagram by Don Riso & Russ Hudson.
