In the same way we disown aspects of ourselves that we deem bad or inappropriate, and project those aspects onto others, we also disown and project qualities that we admire. We allow ourselves to see those qualities in others but amputate our own ability to access them ourselves. We often refer to this as our “light shadow,” but the effect is the same – until we are willing to own all of who we are, we will remain cut off from the fullness of our own humanity.

Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Integral Psychology with an emphasis in human development and consciousness. She also has over 30 years of experience in business and leadership, 13 years of guiding others through complex crises and major transitions, 20 years of sobriety and is deeply committed to her own path of evolution.
