Returning Home (Enneagram 8 Practice Group)
Whenever you need to, you can always return home – feeling your body more fully – feeling the warmth and tenderness of your heart, and experiencing the quietness and clarity of your mind as you come back to the present again and again and again. Join me on July 13 at noon EDT when we will explore returning home through Body Sensing for EnneaType 8s. Be prepared to move mindfully.
Join Lynda for a monthly facilitated practice group designed specifically for Enneagram 8’s, where we will support each other on the path of becoming magnanimous, forgiving and self-surrendering. Please note that this group is dedicated to practices for Enneagram Fours and will not discuss all Types. Meet Your Practice Leader
Lynda is an Integral Master Coach, having graduated from the very first Master class with Integral Coaching Canada (ICC) in 2005 . She’s a former faculty member at ICC supporting other coaches-in-training. Lynda is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Since 2005 she’s been coaching individuals and groups on a wide range of personal and professional change and development topics. Lynda is a professional level Registered Yoga Teacher with over 800 hours of training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Wellness in Massachusetts. She’s an Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga, offering yoga therapy programs for individuals and groups with special needs, including trauma survivors. In addition, she has studied with Dr. Richard Miller and is a Certified iRest® guided meditation teacher, integrating mindfulness into daily living. Lynda has been leading yoga and meditation classes, private sessions and workshops since 2009.
Lynda is a cat lover and frequently leads fund raisers for local rescue organizations. Her happy place is in the forest and feels blessed to be living next to the beautiful Gatineau Park just across the river from Canada’s capital.
