February 16, 2023 As Dr. Keith often reminds us, “Everything is relationships.” And the earliest relationships we form in our lives often set the tone and cadence for all the other relationships we will ever form in our lives. The coping strategies we learn in preadolescence become our inner compass later in life, and our efforts as grownups can often be seen as expressions, compensations, or substitute gratifications for the sense of security we may or may not have felt as children.

Corey is the editor, designer, writer, and producer of IntegralLife.com. He is also a freelance writer, integral consultant, weekend woodworker, and full time father. Corey has been working with Integral Life and Ken Wilber since 2003, and is responsible for most of the writing, image, and media production you find on IntegralLife.com.
