“I had used Integral as a lawyer, I had used integral as a teacher, and as a parent. Now I sat down at my kitchen table and very bluntly ask myself, was I willing to bet my life on Integral? And the answer was, absolutely.”Lynn Feldman

How can we begin to acknowledge address the root causes of disease in every critical dimension of our lives: biology, consciousness, relationships, and environment?
How can we integrate Western medicine with alternative approaches to wellness in a more elegant and sophisticated way, without diminishing the benefits of either?
Listen as Lynne Feldman talks to Ken Wilber about her wonderful new book, Integral Healing, and learn how your health challenges can be reworked into opportunities for personal discovery, transformation, and radical self-liberation.
A HEART-WRENCHING, WELL-RESEARCHED, AND EMPOWERING ACCOUNT OF ONE WOMAN’S HEALING JOURNEY.
When Lynne Feldman was told she had two forms of serious cancer, she faced a critical dilemma: What do I do next?
Her doctors encouraged her to attack the disease with surgery and traditional chemotherapy. Others suggested alternative methods that help the body to heal itself with nutrition and herbal remedies. Still others pointed to complementary practices like prayer, meditation, and depth psychology as the best way to heal herself of her disease.
With so many conflicting viewpoints in the modern medical marketplace, Lynne saw that no one had all the answers. Faced with some immediate decisions, she realized that she would have to take her healing into her own hands.
And so she did. Embarking on a 3-year healing journey, Lynne exhaustively researched the best of traditional, complementary, and alternative medicine, and then synthesized an approach to healing herself that ultimately led to her recovery.
Integral Healing tells Lynne’s story. One-part memoir and one-part “how-to” guide, it outlines the valuable integral approach to healing that she developed along the way, providing you with a practical blueprint for developing an individualized healing program of your own.

“I would apply integral theory to create an integral practice that would embrace everything we know to be true and good about fighting my illness, not just one aspect of the solution. Instead of just eating organic foods, or just relying on surgery, or thinking positive thoughts, I would construct an overarching and almost limitless approach to attacking that which was attacking me.” Lynne Feldman
